The fact that your body is showing a problem (injury/pain) means that it is in a state of compression. So the first stage is decompression, which helps us to get out of the worst trouble as quickly as possible.

At M&T, we have all been through a series of injuries and surgeries that have subsequently led to a life of pain and restricted movement. We tried various treatment approaches from doctors and physiotherapists but nothing worked. It wasn't until we came across the GOATA system, inspired by the natural movement of athletes, children and indigenous tribes, that we finally began to see progress and feel relief from the pain. It was the first time we began to believe that there was an effective path to healing. That's why we decided to incorporate the GOATA system into our studio. We believe that we can help anyone who is ready for it.

Scoliosis or other skeletal asymmetries, whether congenital or acquired during life, we try to restore or at least approximate to the original state. These misalignments can cause pain later in your life.

I am not a professional athlete, but I am a yoga instructor. I moved de facto every day and it was pure nonsense that my 30-year-old body was in pain. Everybody said to me, "how come? You're a yoga instructor? Isn't that supposed to help you?" Well, it didn't. Something in my body wasn't working. By the time I met the guys, I was slowly starting to think about my own daily posture for exercising and walking, but I was at the very beginning. Still the pain didn't subside. Patrik and Marek gave me a lot of new impulses to exercise and pushed my thinking about movement and rest to other dimensions - to the deep, as they call it. I've always focused mostly on functionality rather than some extreme performance and aesthetics, but you've given it a new lvl. Exercising and moving without pain (joints, hips, behind the neck,...) should be priority #1.
